The staff were friendly ! The location was suitable for us . A reasonable price for our stay

Comfortable room

Bathroom problem flooding no enough maths to wipes around floors. No experienced for breakfast that not easily accessible. Over all good locations easy to around downtown.

Location was perfect, in the middle of the city and I won't be needing a ride, just a few blocks away from everywhere I need to go.

Though not the hotel's fault but the provider, internet was down.

The location

Receptionist is not very helpful at night duty, asking for a better room but all has to add more money, the room has no tissue, no toilet paper, no windows on the room, no bidet, uncomfortable, it’s not worth of the price.

The driver of the hotel shuttle to the airport was very helpful. The lobby looked nice.

We were given a room without a window! We changed room. Welcome drink was at first not available. The girl suggested we get it for breakfast. A GIN ORANGE !!! There were no towels in the room. The menu of the restaurant was for the biggest part not available. Next morning no free breakfast. The chef was not there. A very badly managed hotel.

The staff are

The wifi didn't work only in the lobby. The card machine was down for three days and was forced to pay cash. Upfront. So in other words you choose to stay here have cash ready on hand. Also the power keeps going out in the rooms but not the hotel

The bathroom...everything was dirty. Just take a look in the pics. No more to write! The employee at the check-out was Vers nice. It was the best of this Hotel!

Pros: •Free shuttle service to/from airport, just a call away. •Hot Shower ready •Grammable (IG: Grand staircase, hallway pieces of decor) •Spacious Suites •Breakfast included in stay as an option •Location (walkable distance to center of the city)

Cons: •Rooms are non-accessible to disabled individuals in wheelchairs bec. the elevator is non-functional (for a long time - reading through all the reviews). One must climb up 25 steps to get from the lobby to the 2nd floor. There are no rooms on the ground floor. •Breakfast is a la crate and has very limited options (ex: drink options are coffee and water only; the menu has a long list but only 4 are avail to pick from) •The door sign to “Please make up my room” was posted but room was never checked/ cleaned. When staff was questioned, the reply was: ‘you’ll have to inform the front desk of the request’. This was ok, if IT WAS EXPLAINED at Check-In. (The room was immediately attended to after the inquiry). **I recommend the hotel to put up a list of this things as part of a script to tell the guests @ check-in. I also recommend for housekeeping to not use the same rags between rooms, the smell of used rags lingered in the supposedly cleaned room after. And do a scheduled deep clean to include washing the curtains in the room or more often if obviously dirty (the inside curtain of the suite my party stayed at was water stained and almost moldy, the outside was clean but the inside isn’t).** •Cleanliness (see comment above on curtains and smell of used rags). The 3rd floor hallway going to room 320 has a very unpleasant rotten smell. It lingers in the nose. The room itself was decent, it’s just the halls getting there is almost unbearable.

Despite website saying Wifi was available, it was not available making it inconvenient when trying to check-in for airlines. Still no improvement in the breakfast available. If hoping to attract the international traveller, a better range for breakfast is required.

The staff where friendly the bed was comfy

Booked a room that had windows....there wasnt any windows went to take a shower the water was black shouldn't have had to pay for a deluxe room that was like a prison cell

Not so clean They charged early check in 150/hour Elevator is not working Resto is open only during breakfast. Upon arrival we want to eat but resto is closed.

I like the interior design so elegant but i just dont understand its not the same with the rooms, its so basic inside.

Sometimes the flush has no water in the morning. The door was hard to key in after tapping the card.
